Dr. Namrata Arora

Dr. Namrata Arora ha been teaching at Vivekananda School of Professional Studies - TC (affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University) for more than twelve years. Before Joining VIPS-TC she was actively associated as Sub Editor with reputed publishing industries for a period of three and a half year. She is a Doctorate in the subject of History and her filed of specialization is Medieval Rajasthan - A Socio-Economic study during the 18the century, Rajasthan. Presently Dr. Namrata Arora is teaching as Associate Professor. She is teaching the following subjects of legal history - Evolution of Law in ancient Medieval and Modern  period. She has also very efficiently taught the European history course to the Students of 2nd year. She has also represented VIPS-TC as member of the legal committee of the BAR Council of India for the Introduction of law stream in the CBSE+2 Syllabus. She was also appointed as a members of the panel of the Madhya Pradesh Civil Services Commission for the appointment of civil servants for the state. She has attended many national and international conferences and seminars and has contributed to the writing of articles at national and international level. At the college her contribution has been varied. She has worked as Dean, Student Welfare and convenor and member of many significant committee like Examination, cultural, Legal Aid, Review, Disciplinary committees etc.
