Advocate Mr. H.L. Kumar has a multifaceted personality. Besides being advocate practising for nearly six decades. Mr. Kumar has conducted landmark judgments for reputed national and multi-national companies and also institutions. He has been teaching in the law faculty, University of Delhi. He has also written over 35 BOOKS on labour and industrial laws which have been published/re-printed in several editions. All these books are written in a self-learning manner. The Supreme Court Bar Association has honoured him on Constitution days for many years. He has written hundreds of articles on labour laws which are published in prestigious journals and newspapers.
Mr. Kumar is founder of Labour Law Reporter which is being regularly published for last 50 years. The judgments as reported are frequently referred by Labour Courts/Tribunals, High Courts and Supreme Court. A galaxy of experts subjects in form part of team in form of clarifications to the queries of the subscribers.
