Attri Dr. Savitri Chaudhary

Dr. Savitri Chaudhary Attri is an officer of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service and currently serving as Judge, Family Court. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Delhi, reflecting her strong academic foundation and commitment to legal scholarship.

Since joining the judicial service in 2006, Dr. Attri has held several key positions, including Metropolitan Magistrate, Civil Judge, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Sessions Judge and District Judge. Her extensive judicial experience is marked by dedication, integrity, and a deep understanding of the law.

Driven by her academic interests, Dr. Attri has consistently engaged in scholary work, and this book is a result of her intellectual pursuits. Beyond her professional and academic life, she has a passion for sports and fitness.
