Rajasi Guharoy

Rajasi Guharoy is an accomplished academic and legal professional currently pursuing a PhD at the National Law University, Delhi, with experience in teaching at institutions like Amity Law School, Noida, where she is working as Assistant Professor. She has also been the part of esteemed faculty of law, SGT University, and Adams University. She has qualified NTA-NET and the West Bengal SET, has a background in criminal and corporate law, and has worked in various legal capacities in the Calcutta High Court. Her work includes research and publications in AI in corporate governance, women''s labor rights, and child rights. Rajasi has presented papers at numerous national and international conferences and participated in multiple faculty development programs. Her qualifications include an LL.M. from IIT Kharagpur and a B.A. LL.B. (H) from the University of Calcutta, along with skills in legal research and public speaking.
