SHRUTI JANE EUSEBIUS is a Research Fellow at National Judicial Academy. She is a post graduate in law with over 15 years'' experience. She has been involved in designing and conducting judicial education programmes on juvenile justice, with a focus on developing child-centric approaches in judging. She has also been involved in designing and conducting academic programmes for judges from Sri Lanka, Eswatini, Maldives & Bangladesh. She has been a Visiting Scholar hosted by the Federal Judicial Centre, Washington D.C. and the Bolch Judicial Institute, Duke University Law School, Durham, North Carolina (2023). She is currently pursuing her doctorate in juvenile justice law. Her research interests are terrorism law, juvenile justice and law relating to children.
