Atul Jain, Advocate. Gold Medalist, is a first-generation lawyer practicing before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, various District Courts, Fora & Tribunals. He is the Founder of Atul Jain and Associates, Advocates, a law firm known for its integrity, professionalism, and commitment to justice.

He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.), a B.A. LL.B. (Gold Medalist) degree, a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Laws and Management from the Indian Law Institute. New Delhi, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HR) from Symbiosis, Pune. He is actively engaged in advanced legal research and has also been selected for a PhD programme.
